Wisdom Tech – Payment & Subscription Terms

Payment Authorization & Billing Terms

By placing an order on the Wisdom Tech website, you authorize Wisdom Tech to charge the payment method provided according to the pricing and billing terms applicable to the selected product or service.

One-Time Purchase Products

For one-time purchases, payment is charged in full at the time of order placement.

  • These purchases do not renew automatically.

  • All applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Invoices for one-time purchases will be issued within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

General Terms
  • Prices, taxes, and billing terms are subject to change with prior notice when applicable.
  • Wisdom Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, services, or pricing in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
  • All subscriptions, rentals, and purchases are governed by Wisdom Tech’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Rental Products (Fixed-Term Monthly Subscription)

For rental-based products (such as mobile device leasing), Wisdom Tech offers fixed-term rental plans with a minimum rental period of six (6) months, and additional term options of twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months, as selected at the time of order.

  • Rental fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis throughout the agreed rental term, unless otherwise stated.

  • The subscription begins on the confirmed start date and remains active for the full rental term selected.

  • Monthly charges may include applicable taxes, which are subject to change based on local regulations.

  • Electronic invoices will be issued and provided within 24 hours of each successful payment.

Early Termination

Early termination of a rental agreement is not permitted by default and will only be allowed under specific legally valid circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Mutual written agreement between the customer and Wisdom Tech; or

  • Applicable legal exceptions as required under governing law.

Any approved early termination may be subject to additional conditions, fees, or obligations as outlined in the applicable agreement or required by law.
